So coming to our Trick to find out "Who Unfriend You On Facebook" here is the first trick and easy one:

1. Unfriend Notify for Facebook Chrome Extension

Before installing this extension (only for chrome users ) first login to your facebook account. Now go to this link and install this chrome extension. After install this app will load all your facebook friend list. Now you facebook account is ready to catch all the fishes in the net ( actually not fishes, sorry ) i.e. your all those friends who unfriend you on facebook.
From now onwards if someone ever will unfriend you on facebook. You can get to know by simply going to Friends tab > lost friends. The number in the brackets () will tell you who unfriends you on facebook.

This is a similar site for this purpose. Just go to this site, Login with Facebook using facebook connect : Login with Facebook button. After login it will ask you fior permissions to install the facebook app >click Okay button. Now you will be taken back to the site.The site now will start tracking your friendships and once something's changed the site will have a record, and will also email you. The site has different tabs : day, week, month, graph, statistics etc. The graph feature will tell you how your friend list has changed over the time.

This graph shows how much my friendships have changed over time. Fortunately no one has unfriended me till now. The site doesn't has much features to see or test. Hopefuly it will get better with time.
