Inspirational Talks by Inspiring Indians

There's a lot of Videos out there on inspiring topics and Ideas one must watch. Once upon a time my friend showed me a video of a toy helicopter which could balance a glass of water on it without spilling it. As an engineer i was so impressed by the video that i asked him where he got that video. He said it was from TED Talks : Ideas Worth Spreading. So I started viewing the videos and after some days i landed on a video by INK Talks, its like the Indian version of TED talks, where some inspiring Indians share some inspiring ideas, stories. I remember the first video i saw was about a boy Varun Agarwal who told his story about how he made his million dollar company just by selling sweat shirts.
