• If you haven't backup your private data in online vault or physically, you will lose all your data once you factory reset your phone.
• Sometimes removing the SD card from the phone will cause problems and your data could be removed from vault.

What are the demerits?

• Unlike Vault it doesn't automatically encrypt the content it just hides it from gallery, but you can manually encrypt the content however it even doesn't help because you can't open the file in encrypted form you have to first decrypt it to see the content.

This is one of the earliest content hiding apps on google play store with completing over 4 years.You can keep your private videos and photos hidden from gallery with vaulty to keep them away from prying eyes. All pictures and videos are password protected. either. You can also view, search, zoom, share, filter, and rename photos from within the app, and it’s easy to filter videos and select multiple files.

This app is one of the earliest hiding apps on google app store. Its only for hiding videos. There are two ways to hide videos from gallery using the share function and by hiding the videos from within the Video Locker. The app is decent, easy to use hides files behind a pin-based locker.You just need to type in the pass code to view your hidden videos. it will close as soon as the screen goes offAnother great aspect of Video Locker is that the app can be made completely invisible and won’t show in recent apps list. It has a great feature which will sent your password to your email in case you lose it. The hidden media is then encrypted using advanced 128 AES encryption. This ensures total protection as the videos can’t be located even if the intruder steals your SD card. They are locked, kept safely in some unknown location on your phone!
